How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Dates are secured with a signed agreement and deposit. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially around peak event seasons.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. Our team is available to travel nationwide and internationally to support your event—whether it’s a local seminar or a global conference.
Do you offer same-day edits?
Yes, we can provide same-day photo or video edits for select projects such as event highlights or headshots. This service is available upon request and may include an additional fee. Let us know during the planning process if this is something you’ll need.
Are there travel fees?
We keep it simple: rate + room. That means we require our standard service rate plus hotel accommodations. Beyond that—flights, meals, ground transportation, baggage, and incidentals—we handle internally. No hidden costs or surprises.
Do you provide both RAW files and edited deliverables?
Our standard delivery includes fully edited, ready-to-use files. RAW files can be provided upon request for an additional fee, which covers transfer, storage, and file management.
What is your turnaround time for final deliverables?
• Photography: Within 5 business days
• Video projects: Typically 2 weeks, depending on complexityNeed something faster? Just let us know—we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
